Avoid the anxiety, stress, and delay involved with taking your test at the DPS!

The Texas Driving Academy is authorized by the DPS to administer the drive test to both
teenagers (ages 16-18) and adults (18 +) that have completed driver education requirements.

Required documents needed to complete the test:

 A valid Texas learner’s permit (card or temporary paper)

 Two copies of the Impact Texas Driver’s Certificate (make sure to watch the appropriate age group video): https://impacttexasdrivers.dps.texas.gov/

 Teens only: Original valid DE-964 green certificate showing that you have completed your driver’s ed program
